Custom Container Planting

Bring in your empty containers and one of our knowledgeable staff will create a custom design and fill it with seasonal color.  You can also select one of our wonderful containers here on-site.

Informational Handouts

We offer many informational handouts to help you with all your garden questions.  The Acer Staff is horticulturally trained and happy to assist you with any further questions.

Events

Throughout the year, Acer hosts garden workshops and educational talks.  In addition to our public events, we can schedule private workshops for clubs, societies or companies.  Contact us to plan a private event for your group.

Plant Deliveries

Unable to fit your carefully selected plants in your car? no worries, we deliver plants of all sizes for an additional fee.

BULK TOPSOIL/COMPOST BLEND AND MULCH AVAILABLE FOR PICK-UP OR DELIVERY

Available for pickup in half yard and one yard increments or deliveries of  4 yards or more. Our premium topsoil/compost blend requires NO fertilizer for the first year, and NO lime application for 6 to 8 years.  

 

Straight compost is available for light applications and topdressing. It is extremely nutrient rich, and requires careful application to avoid plant injury.  

 

Our double ground hard and softwood bark mulch is directly sourced from a lumber mill in CT. Available for pickup in half yard increments or deliveries of 4 yards or more.

GIFT CARDS

Need a gift for a friend or family member who loves plants and the outdoors? We offer Gift Cards, with no expiration date, that can be used on anything at the Nursery.

 

To have Gift Cards mailed to you or the recipient, please call our office.  Gift Cards can also be purchased at the nursery.

 

Make it easy and order an E-Gift Card online. E-Gift Cards can be sent immediately to the recipient or scheduled to be received at a later date.  Easy to send and exciting to receive!
